Don’t you hate when you go to use brown sugar and it is hard and clumpy? I know I do. Even when I use my handy, dandy airtight container, every so often I find myself with the hard and clumpy crap.
My solution to this problem? Pop it in the microwave for a couple seconds. It will “melt” the sugar, resulting in soft, yummy goodness for all your delicious cakes and cookies.
Ahhhh. Brown sugar makes me smile.
